Evangelist and Minister

There has been a void in my life since you transitioned from this world. I fondly cherish each and every memory we shared. You will Always be my Angel aka Angel Keeper and I will Always be Your Angel. As we promised each other " We will Love Each Other 90 Days Beyond Eternity" Thank you for the wisdom and gummy bears candy you gave me. I am writing this and wiping the tears from my eyes!! I will always wonder what life would have been if you were still here. I Will Always love you Angel K. and your Beautiful Daughters and 2 grandsons.❤ Thank you for being a Blessing to others and me!!

My Angel Keeper

There are no words that express my love for Pastor Herman Goins. We both worked for the Montgomery County School District and we both shared a Love for God and His People. Angel K was my tag name for him and his tag name was Angel Keeper from me because he kept My Heart. He introduced me to his home town Chicago, Illinois were we would go every Thanksgiving. I met his father and mother and additional family members. Including his 3 beautiful daughters. Courtney was the most outspoken one and I loved her dearly ❤. Plus his love for jazz music was phenomenal and He educated me with the various names of the popular genre of jazz music and the various artist. I remembered playing Monopoly with his cousins in Chicago and he instucted me on my next move and he said"Remember The Voice Of Reasoning" before I made my next move!!! Oh how Pastor Goins loved me and I loved him too. I moved from Montgomery, Alabama to Dallas, Texas with my job and we continued communicating with each other. Pastor Goins travelled to Dallas to see me even though his health was failing. He tagged me with His favorite song "My Angel " by Anita Baker.Angel-K I will Always Love You and you will Always Be a Part of Me in my Heart. Rest well Angel K and I Will Meet You Again In The Morning, Love Your Angel

My Tribute...

Daddy-

In this world of mayhem, you were my peace. When I was in shambles, you put me back together. When I needed to hear the truth, you were my voice of reason. When they counted you out time and again, you bounced back stronger and more determined to fight. In all of those battles, you never complained, and remained as calm as anyone possibly could. You told me frequently that you were proud of me, but in reality, I was more proud of you. You showed me the definition of a real man being there for his family, regardless of health. With all of those things, you first and foremost loved God, and continued to do his work in any capacity available to you. Truly, you are the President and CEO of "Smoothness Personified." You will be missed terribly, but I Praise God for having a father whose dreams were as big as his heart, compassionate for all those around him, and the epitome of cool. You will always be the real Superman in my life, Daddy, and you and Mommie keep heaven noisy until we all meet again! I Love You Forever
